Set up for your company, mostly in settings.

Most differences between companies are handled in settings. Where they are not, we tell you during discovery and quote the work separately.

Seven steps, every company

The same sequence for every client, so nothing is skipped.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We go through how you quote, approve, work on site and invoice, and agree what to set up.

  2. 02

    Configuration

Workflows, approval chains, custom fields and document wording are set up in settings.

  3. 03

    Custom work

Only if settings cannot cover something. It is scoped and quoted on its own.

  4. 04

    Data migration

Customers, sites, stock and opening balances are imported, including history from Tally.

  5. 05

    Training

Role by role, on your own data, in English or Arabic.

  6. 06

    Pilot and go-live

A pilot with one team, then go-live with a support period after it.

  7. 07

    Support

Fixes, updates and support under a yearly maintenance contract or your subscription.

Questions we hear first

Most differences between companies are handled in settings: workflows, approval chains, your own fields and document wording. If something needs custom work, we say so during discovery and quote it separately.

There are five industry packs: gas and fire, ELV, HVAC, fit-out and technical maintenance. A pack sets the default words, scope lists, modules and compliance documents for that trade.

The interface is available in Arabic with a right-to-left layout, and most screens are translated. Receipts and customer statements are bilingual. Quotations and tax invoices are printed in English today, with your Arabic company name on the letterhead.

Vyncos has its own invoicing, receivables, payables, banking and ledger, with VAT-201 and Corporate Tax. If you use Tally today, we can import your history. There is no live connection to Tally or Zoho Books.

Start with a discovery call

We map how you quote, work and invoice, and tell you plainly what settings cover and what would be custom work.
